These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Hairloom Malta website. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About us

Hairloom Malta is operated by Sockseys Blend.

2. Our products

We sell cosmetic hairline and root touch-up products.

Our hairline powder provides temporary cosmetic coverage. It does not regrow hair or treat hair loss.

We aim to display product colours accurately. Screen settings, lighting and individual hair colour may affect how a shade appears. This does not affect your rights if a product does not match its description.

Follow the product’s supplied directions and precautions. Stop using it if irritation occurs.

3. Placing an order

Please check your chosen products, shades, quantities and delivery details before submitting your order.

After ordering, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we received your order. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable items.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in euros (€). The total payable, including applicable taxes, is shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through Viva Wallet, using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping to Malta and Gozo is free. Import charges are included in your purchase price.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an accepted order.

5. Offers and bundles

Offer prices and any conditions are displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Bundle savings are calculated against the total price of buying the included items individually. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Any offer expiry date or availability restriction will be stated where applicable.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Malta and Gozo.

Estimated delivery is 12–18 calendar days from placing your order, including processing and shipping. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Please provide a complete and accurate address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

We remain responsible for your goods until you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

See our Shipping Policy for further information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights if delivery is delayed or fails.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 14-day statutory withdrawal right, return procedure, postage costs and refund arrangements.

Separate statutory rights apply where goods are faulty, incorrect or do not conform to their description. These rights are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period.

8. Product or pricing errors

If we discover a material error affecting an order before acceptance, we will contact you with the correct information. You may choose whether to proceed on the corrected terms or receive a refund.

We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

9. Website use and content

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its security or functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Website content owned by or licensed to Hairloom Malta is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal shopping purposes. Other use requires the relevant rights holder’s permission or another lawful basis.

10. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information. Our cookie information explains the technologies used on the website and your choices.

11. Our responsibility

We are responsible for breaches of these terms and for faulty goods as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email hairloommalta@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it.

You may also seek assistance from the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) or use other remedies available under applicable law.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Maltese law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring proceedings before a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that purchase.
